We can recommend based on your room's light levels, seating distance and budget. For a dedicated cinema room, we only recommend screens. Atmos adds height speakers, so sound comes from above as well as around you. It's a big upgrade for movies, we recommend at least 3.1.2. For smaller rooms. 5.1.2 for medium rooms and more configurations based on room size and budget.

For most homes, 4K HDR is the sweet spot, because there's very little native 8K content. Spend on better contrast, brightness and sound first.

If you want the performance you paid for. Hard surfaces such as marble, glass and concrete are common and cause echo and muddy sound. Treatment improves them more than a higher priced speaker would. Master Tech designs and installs it as part of the project.
